To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The remainder of your balance (plus tax) is due upon check-out.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Room rates are for single or double occupancy only.
The maximum number of guests per room is two.

Please note that Purdue Football weekends, graduations and
parent's weekend fill up quickly so we advise you to book 3-5 months in advance.

Due to our small size cancellations affect us deeply.
To ensure the quality of our services our cancellation policies are as follows:

All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 per room administrative fee.

If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival
your deposit will be refunded, minus the $20.00 administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will
forfeit the deposit, unless the room is rebooked.

Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled
arrival date will be charged the full room night fee, unless the room is rebooked.

Early departures will be viewed as cancellations and the same policies will apply.

Our check-in time is between 3:00 & 6:00 P.M. To ensure access to Perrin House
after 6:00 P.M. you must make prior arrangements. We are generally up very early
preparing breakfast for our guests and late arrivals create an extremely long day for us.
While we are happy to accommodate a later check-in, we ask that you make a
specific appointment so we can make the necessary staffing adjustments.

In order to give each room the attention and care all of our guests deserve,
check-out time is 11:00 A.M. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
A late check-out fee of $25.00 will be added to your account for each additional half hour.

The maximum number of guests per room is two.

There is no smoking inside Perrin House though outside smoking on the porch
and patio is allowed when it does not interfere with other guests' outdoor enjoyment.

- No children. Our apologies, we are not set up to accommodate small children.

No pets.

Room rates are for guest room rental only. If you would like to have a small meeting
or reception we have meeting space available for an additional fee.
